Texas Unity Homes does not provide licensed clinical services, including but not limited to:
Medical care
Mental health treatment
Substance use treatment
Clinical case management
Participants are responsible for obtaining these services through qualified, licensed providers and community partners.
Participation in any Texas Unity Homes program:
Is voluntary
Is subject to eligibility, screening, and availability
Does not guarantee housing placement or specific outcomes
Does not create a tenancy or landlord-tenant relationship unless formally established through a separate written agreement
Housing placements, including host arrangements under programs such as Operation Spare Room™, may involve independent third parties.
Texas Unity Homes facilitates connections but does not control, manage, or supervise third-party individuals or environments and is not responsible for their actions, conduct, or outcomes.
Participants and hosts are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and conduct.
All parties are expected to maintain respectful, safe, and lawful behavior. Texas Unity Homes does not guarantee safety, compatibility, or outcomes related to any placement or participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Unity Homes shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in its programs, including but not limited to housing placements, third-party interactions, or personal decisions made by participants or hosts.
