Texas Unity Homes provides non-medical housing support and community-based resource coordination designed to assist individuals in achieving housing stability and independence.

Scope of Services

Texas Unity Homes does not provide licensed clinical services, including but not limited to:

• Medical care

• Mental health treatment

• Substance use treatment

• Clinical case management

Participants are responsible for obtaining these services through licensed providers and partner organizations within the community.

Program Participation

Participation in any program:

• Is voluntary

• Is subject to eligibility and availability

• Does not create a tenancy or landlord-tenant relationship unless otherwise formally established

Third-Party Involvement

Housing placements, including host arrangements, may involve independent third parties. Texas Unity Homes is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

Safety and Responsibility

Participants and hosts are responsible for maintaining respectful, safe, and lawful conduct.
