How The Program Works

1. Referral & Intake
Participants are referred through community organizations, partners, or direct outreach and complete a structured intake process.

2. Screening & Matching
Hosts and participants are carefully reviewed and matched based on compatibility, availability, and program guidelines. All participants are screened for program fit, readiness, and ability to live safely in a shared environment.

3. Placement & Agreement
A clearly defined, short-term hosting arrangement is established with expectations for both parties.

4. Stabilization Period
During the 30–90 day stay, participants focus on next steps toward long-term housing and personal stability.

5. Transition Forward
Participants move into more permanent housing solutions, equipped with greater stability and direction.
